Transmission Models RK 614H / 814H
• Sauer-Danfoss hydrostatic transmission fitted with a piston type hydraulic pump of variable displacement, with 130 cm³ rev flow, electronically controlled by the diesel engine revolution, with electronic protection against abrupt changes in displacement direction. Hydraulic piston motor with plate inclination adjustable for two speeds and electronic protection against over-rotation. Specific hydraulic system with hydraulic oil tank for 85 liters and heat exchanger.
• NAF transfer mechanical case, 2 speeds. Rear axle is uncoupled when traveling unloaded;

Axles

• NAF bogie front axle with 100% differential lock, hydraulically driven. Tandem gear transmission and hub reduction, 21,65 :1 ratio.
• NAF bogie rear axle with 100% differential lock, hydraulically driven. Tandem gear transmission and hub reduction, 22,48 :1 ratio.

• NAF rigid front axle, with 100% differential lock, hydraulically driven, and hub reduction, 25,7 :1 ratio.

Body / Chassis:

Body/ Chassis for MODELS RK 614H / 814H
Fully built from high-resistant steel plates. Ideal to meet the most severe working conditions. Fitted with reinforced articulating pivot. Load capacity up to 14,000 kg.

Made up of three parts: front chassis, articulating pivot and rear chassis. Articulation on the horizontal axle between the front and rear chassis: 41°; oscillation on the vertical axle: 15°, with locks by means of mechanical bumpers. For greater safety, an automatic hydraulic brake forestalls oscillation on the chassis during loading and unloading operations.

Body designed with poles suitable for either long, short, or cut-to-length logs.

Lower and upper protection in both chassis. Protection grid on front. Optional rear grid.

Cab

Heavy-duty fully steel cab with wide view area, providing comfort and safety during operations;

Thermal-sound insulation;

Side windows that can be opened and used as emergency exits. Rear windshield made of polycarbonate;

Driver’s seat turns 180° in both forward and reverse operations. Crane, steering and reverse gear controls located on the driver’s seat arms;

Air conditioning under the cab is standard and is designed for extreme-condition operations;

Internal noise level lower than 80 decibels;

Crane

The RK 614H / 814H crane is Loglift make, 71F model. IQAN electronic function control activated by two joysticks for the loader and one joystick for steering, which control the load-sensing directional valve. Pillar turning, arm raising, articulation, boom extension, grapple opening / closing, and steering are all precisely-controlled functions.
